By accessing or using Clarity Budget AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Clarity Budget AI is a personal finance management application that helps users track income, expenses, budgets, bills, goals, and debts. The App includes AI-powered features for transaction categorization, financial insights, and a conversational assistant.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the App. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal financial data to third parties. Your data is stored securely using Supabase with Row Level Security, ensuring only you can access your own data.
The App uses AI to provide financial insights, categorize transactions, and assist with financial management. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial advice. Free accounts are limited to 10 AI requests per day.
The App offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Cancellation is available at any time through the App settings.
You may request account deletion at any time through the Settings page. Upon request, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 72-hour grace period. If you log in within this period, the deletion is cancelled. After 72 hours, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure; (d) use automated systems to access the App beyond normal use.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App. We are not responsible for any loss of data beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
